My story
Fascinated by psychology and human relations from an early age, it was natural for me to train in the social sciences. I then embarked on a career in socio-professional support, and it was there that I discovered my vocation for helping people move forward on their own path.
Five years later, I resumed my studies to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, which took me out of my comfort zone and led me to new challenges .
After more than 10 years in HR, I specialize in Skills Assessment, Development and Talent Management. I have worked in the renowned industrial, technological and financial sectors.
As a girl from the south of France, I'm passionate about discovery, travel and everything to do with well-being (yoga, meditation, nutrition). On a daily basis, I like to give myself new challenges.

"Life is like a bike, to keep your balance, you must keep moving.
My journey has led me to question myself, to reorientate myself and to make the necessary readjustments so that I always feel aligned with the woman I'm becoming. The question of career choice is nothing without a great deal of introspection and letting go to reconnect with our deepest desires. Despite a real desire to change, we often get carried away by negative thoughts that discourage us without even trying.
I myself went through this situation after periods of transition, during which I didn't dare turn the page. It took the experience of a burn out to make me realize that I no longer belonged. After a year of exploration and self-searching, I came back stronger with a clear vision of what I wanted to do.
Having a child profoundly upset my equilibrium. I lived this new experience with such intensity that my role as a mother seemed to take up all the space, no longer able to respect my own needs. Little by little, I felt a loss of identity, wondering about the meaning of my life.
Whether it's motherhood, illness or a separation... these major changes bring with them experiences that transform us , and returning to a previous situation is often no longer in phase with the person we're becoming.
Never forget yourself is my motto!
Introspection and professional changes have enabled me to realign myself at the end of each cycle. Being able to accompany women for whom my story echoes deeply motivates me. I've found my own fulfillment, and I'm determined to guide you towards yours.
In my unique coaching service, I combine my expertise in human resources with my Certified Professional Coach status. and trained in neuroscience (by serenitycoachinstitut) to help women to help women find a professional life in harmony with their aspirations, their personal life and their values .
